Chip Espinoza is the Executive Vice President of LeadershipTraQ. He is also a Professor at Vanguard University of Southern California, where he teaches Management and Leadership.
He consults in the civic, corporate and non-profit sectors. His client list ranges from The Boeing Company to Special Olympics. He specializes in helping leaders initiate and negotiate change in their organizations. He frequently keynotes for corporate events, conferences, and organizations across the country on his firm’s research about ‘Twenty-Somethings’ and their value to organizations.
Chip has authored several articles on the subject of leadership and is the content director for LeadershipTraQ Televised, a thirty-minute television program broadcast throughout Southern California. He also produces an award-winning monthly Podcast that focuses on leadership.
Having the advantage of being in both the boardroom and classroom has stimulated Chip’s interest in what he considers to be a disconnect between management and today’s younger employees. He, Mick Ukleja, and Craig Rusch are currently working on a book entitled Generational Rapport Leadership.
Chip is currently working on a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. He serves as an advisor to The Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership at California State University, Long Beach. He also serves on the board for ENLACE (a community development project purposing to start small businesses in Latin America).
Chip and his wife Lisa live in Dove Canyon, California and have four children.
